The Global Benefits Leader oversees the strategy, design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s global benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement and other benefits.
The Global Benefits Leader ensures alignment of benefit programs to support the organization’s strategic objectives, maintain competitiveness with the market and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Accountabilities
• Working with Management and consultants, manage a sustainable global benefits strategy that supports the company’s strategic objectives and offers a competitive value proposition for our employees
• Manages the implementation and administration of all programs, including health and welfare, retirement, EAP and leave administration
• Partners with vendors to ensure competitive offerings, flawless customer service as well as global compliance
• Manages multiple benefits vendors, contracts and RFPs as necessary
• Collaborates with internal partners such as Legal, Finance and HR Business partners to ensure effective compliance, financial management and value to employees
• Creates a robust communication strategy leveraging external and internal partners
• Manages additional projects as requested including planning, research, implementation, and communication to ensure objectives are achieves and sustained
Position Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of benefits experience including proven success at the team management level within a corporate, consulting, or similar environment or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success and knowledge of benefit programs and technologies in a global or multi-regional context is preferred as well as experience managing benefits at a publicly traded company
• Knowledge of the market, vendors and trends and compliance issues associated with global benefits and practices
• Knowledge of pension and 401(k) regulations and plan management
• Demonstrated excellence in vendor management, large-scale implementations, project management, change management, problem analysis, and resolutions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor materials for varied audiences and success working in a global environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail, processes, practices, sustainability, and efficient work processes
• Application of a business mindset with an understanding of operational and financial conditions and data with the ability to link those to HR/Benefits functional priorities
• Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams
• Travel 10-20%; international travel may be required
