About The Position
Are you a compassionate professional with exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking an outstanding LPN/LVN for a position in Lewiston, Idaho, working the NOC shift 12 hour shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Idaho license/certification. This role is within the LTC – SNF specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a LPN/LVN in LTC – SNF are required.

Requirements
• Current Resume
• Current Idaho license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• 2 current Clinical References
• Physical
• TB Records
• Current – Tdap/Flu vaccinations
• Titers – MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
