As a Per Diem CNA, you will provide essential care and support to residents in long-term care settings. You’ll assist with daily living activities, maintain a clean environment, and contribute to the overall well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with all areas of physical care and hygiene
• Participate in patient activities and engagement
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment
• Document patient care and participate in training sessions
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Mississippi CNA certification in good standing
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and repositioning patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
