Janney’s PCG Support group provides technical, operational and administrative support to Janney’s branch offices as well as manages the relationships with the various service and support departments at corporate headquarters that have a direct impact on branch office productivity and client service support. The Advisor Recruiting and Transitions Group within PCG Support is focused on sourcing and recruiting qualified Financial Advisors (FAs) to join our Firm. The Recruiting Analyst will work closely with the Director of Advisor Recruiting and Transitions to support the creation of recruiting deals for Financial Advisors, create databases for centralized Recruiting efforts, and provide analysis and reporting on Recruiting Department initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.

• Building Relationships – Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Able to anticipate potential issues and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the return on investment of Financial Advisor recruiting deals.
• Draft and review offer letters for Financial Advisors based on approved deals
• Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present data insights to stakeholders
• Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and success
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security
• Other duties as assigned.
What You Have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics highly preferred
• Two to three of relevant work experience; prior financial services & project management is a plus
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative, motivation, attention to detail, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a project or deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
