U.S. Bank is hiring an Operation’s Manager for our Wealth Operations Corporate Trust Paying/Transfer Agent Group. You will be leading and managing the Payment & Cash Servicing team of about 8-10 Bond Operation Processors across multiple sites. As an Operation’s Manager, you will be the primary onsite leader for various indirect team members within Paying Transfer Agent Operations.
Some responsibilities include are lead multiple different processing workstreams across multiple systems, Inventory management of bond and coupon payment presentment, Daily oversight reporting to ensure compliance and service level agreements, Regulatory Reporting, Monitor and oversee bondholder check printing and reconciliation, Bondholder wire review and approval, ensure team is adhering specific wire transmit cut-offs, Partner with other PTAO Leaders to ensure accurate completion of Business Continuity, Addressing escalated payments by ensuring the proper Individuals’ and teams are involved to ensure payments are made timely.
Additional functions may be required as an Operation’s Manager include Collaboration and troubleshooting with various internal operations and business teams, Partnership with PTAO leadership peers to be the onsite Cincinnati leader in coordinating various activities and be visible and available as support team for other leaders offsite.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm local time; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five to eight years of relevant experience
Skills/Experience
• Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
• Broad understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
• Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $73,610.00 – $86,600.00 – $95,260.00
