Position Summary
KSM’s national healthcare consulting practice works directly with hospitals, health systems, medical practices, and other healthcare participants. KSM’s practice is expanding and searching for a Healthcare Associate who will help define analytic approaches and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action.
Responsibilities
• Ability to analyze complex data with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Provide support to team members with creation and edit on contracts, power point presentations, word agreements, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn healthcare concepts and trends.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects in KSM’s suite of consulting services.
• Work in a team environment.
Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A focus in accounting or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or other data analytical tools.
• Comfortable working on multiple work streams.
• Problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Critical thinking skills; ability to help develop solutions that address client needs.
• Strong communication skills both with internal team and external with clients.
• Limited travel expectations.
