The Challenge:
Manage Take-Two’s age ratings submission process, coordinating with various stakeholders across Production, Quality Assurance, Release Management, Operations, and Legal to ensure the highest quality submissions. You will work with teams across all Take-Two labels and our external development studios to oversee and coordinate highly complex timelines for age ratings. You will act as a primary point of contact for age ratings, and communicate status on all issues related to these releases to help ensure smooth, successful ratings submissions. You will also work with external developers to coordinate setup of ratings related assets and ensure that all submissions go as planned. We are looking for someone who can apply significant experience to define, guide, and create team processes, pipelines, and deliveries.
What You’ll Take On:
• Manage ESRB, PEGI, and other applicable international age ratings submissions for all of Take-Two’s console and PC products
• Ensure that Production and Quality Assurance teams are aware of, and are correctly driving schedules to meet submission deadlines, and that ratings materials are created on time and at the expected quality level
• Act as a point of escalation for Production, Quality Assurance, and Operations team members, and remove obstacles as needed
• Train and develop Production and Quality Assurance ratings leads by providing them with consistent support, feedback, and active guidance on pertinent content, submission processes, and differing international content-related sensitivities
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Legal on the best way to optimize team communication pipelines and information sharing
• Build relationships with Production, Quality Assurance, Legal and Operations
• Drive processes, including post-mortems, that identify opportunities to improve
• Escalate risks to submission schedules to Legal and Operations
• Create and monitor workback templates
What You Bring:
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimum
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of working on longform age ratings submissions for North America, EMEA, ANZ
• Knowledge of all major age ratings authorities’ and systems’ requirements and submission processes
• Preference given to candidates who have established relationships with key stakeholders within such age ratings authorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to successfully handle ambiguity and provide practical guidance
• Flexibility and willingness to work odd hours as needed to support our development studios around the world and in multiple time zones.
• Ability to manage competing timelines and information needs on multiple projects and platforms at once
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable with a good sense of humor and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to interact with and influence all levels of management and establish close working relationships with key stakeholders across numerous departments and organizations

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,500 and $111,740 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
