Integrity Staffing is assisting our growing client in the textile industry in identifying their next great Regional Sales Manager. our client provides personalized product development, manufacturing and quality control, partnered with superior logistics for timely deliveries of textiles and linens.
This means that their customers can focus on running their businesses, while we ensure they receive highest quality textile products at the best price.
This is a remote role with travel within your territory 75% of the time – must be local to Southern California
In this role, you’ll grow your Textile Hospitality business with us and manage your specific territory.
This is a family owned business offering uncapped commission and great long term growth.
Who you are:
• A money-motivated salesperson who is not afraid to make that cold call
• You have prior experience in the Textile / Hospitality industry and have an existing book of business
• Have stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
• You consistently generate and boldly follow-up on all sales leads in order to produce new business
• You’re able to analyze prospective clients’ needs and customize an ideal strategic solution
• You’re a risk-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s passionate about sales, is self-motivated and driven
What you’ll do:
• You will set sales appointments with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
• You will build rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle and account management
• Support creation and implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans, driving consumer engagement and awareness of the brand
• Travel to your customers monthly
• Make cold calls and visits to new potential customers
Your Credentials
• Multiple years of experience in the textile or Hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary; we’ll consider the right experience over a degree.
• Prior CRM Experience – Salesforce preferred but not required
• Business Central experience preferred
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly sales goals
• Ability to drive in the local area to clients 75%+ on the road
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no daily supervision
