Experience Required
Marketing Analyst Position Overview:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with complex marketing programs
Key Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in developing CRM strategies and tactics, along with proficiency in leading CRM technologies
• MBA or other advanced education is a bonus
• Previous experience in related marketing roles is beneficial
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with database systems such as Oracle and SAP
• Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and a keen attention to accuracy and detail
Skills Needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Familiarity with working in an environment governed by FDA GMPs and handling confidential data
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees across various departments and external contacts
• Proficiency in interfacing with management and functional areas like sales, marketing, finance, information systems, customer care, legal, and managed care
• Knowledge of sales and marketing functions to anticipate needs, provide recommendations, and respond to ad-hoc requests promptly
• Experience in liaising with external customers and third-party data sources
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Educational Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a business emphasis recommended but not mandatory
Responsibilities
• Managing digital and printed collateral materials throughout the deployment life cycle
• Handling printing and shipping logistics, uploading assets to various platforms, tracking inventory levels, and retiring assets effectively to ensure resources availability for customers and field representatives
