As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to meet the growing needs of our company. Your role will encompass a broad range of activities, from crafting compelling job postings and conducting interviews to building and maintaining relationships with candidates. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
– Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
– Create engaging job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing them with detailed candidate profiles and feedback.
– Manage the candidate experience from application through to offer, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
– Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
– Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
– Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
– A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
