About the Team and Role:
The successful candidate we hire will architect the development of Seller Onboarding & Remedy features in the iOS application for our Compliance domain.
You will work on Native iOS app development and converting ideas, designs and requirements to concrete stable production builds.
As part of this role, you will coordinate and collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to identify problems, come up with creative solutions, and help with tracking and delivering within the release plan.
What you will accomplish:
• Develop and implement iOS specific design patterns.
• Working with iOS, XCode, Swift, SwiftUI, network debugging (e.g. Charles), revision control systems (e.g. Git) and bug tracking (e.g. Jira).
• Develop and iterate within a rather lean, yet very fast-paced Engineering team.
• Be part of a transformative, productive and fun startup culture.
What you will bring:
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalence; experience in designing, building, refactoring and releasing native apps; Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience generating commercial quality iOS applications using Swift/SwiftUI and Cocoa as well as deep webservice experience – please provide links to published apps if available.
• Working with rapid development cycles, tight schedules, tight integration with QA and product management.
• User-interface programming experience, along with an understanding of iOS memory management and multi-threading issues and deep understanding of design patterns, and experience working in a layered architecture.
• Strong work ethic – someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and being proactive, Self-starter, positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to succeed and excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and the confidence to question where necessary.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$149,200 – $234,850
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
