The Regional Manager works with Facility Managers in their region to deliver the expected service levels, ensuring work orders are completed within the SLA timeframe, safety standards are consistently followed and that all monthly reporting including CA Audits, Safety Observation Tours, workplace organization standards and all other service level deliveries are consistently met. Regional Manager will work with the Facility Managers in their region to ensure accurate and effective financial performance to account goals.
The Regional Manager will work in partnership with the Operations Director to ensure successful account delivery to KPI & BPD targets, safety standards are consistently met across the account, development and successful role out of best practices and innovations across the account, assisting with the standardization of processes across the account to deliver consistent, best in class Facilities Management service.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all Integrated Facilities Management services and programs are being delivered consistently, within adherence to contract and delivered with a high degree of excellence across the region
• Ensure work orders are being completed within SLA timeframe.
• Maintain a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices, ensuring Safety standards and practices are consistently delivered across the region
• Drive superior performance through excellent people management
• Oversee regional budgets, working with Facility Managers to ensure strong financial performance
• Engage with site team(s) to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentation
• Ensure team understanding of service contract requirements
• Ensures all reporting and service level standards are consistently delivered on time, meeting or exceeding account goals and KPI standards
• Best Practices & Innovation- Brings new ideas to improve processes or services
• Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working in union environments and with union work rules
• Work experience in Facilities Management with business emphasis
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, as a third party service provider, or consultant
