About The Position
We are seeking a Creative Assistant to support our creative team in executing campaigns across various media. Your responsibilities will include editing graphics, designing presentations, proofreading, and copywriting. You will also prepare presentations, design print and digital assets, manage social media posts, and compile campaign performance analytics. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are essential. Experience in copywriting is a plus.
This is a remote position, so candidates must have a dedicated home office space for privacy and productivity. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility based on business and project needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Support the creative team in executing campaigns across multiple media, including editing graphics, designing presentations, proofreading, and copywriting.
Coordinate and assist with designing print and digital assets as needed.
Manage social media posts.
Prepare presentations in collaboration with the marketing team.
Compile and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communications; proficient in proofreading and editing.
Effective time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Required Education And Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma with at least one year of relevant creative design experience.
Proficient in design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator.
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and presentation software.
Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
