Our team of dedicated professionals works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying their knowledge of family systems theory to provide comprehensive and effective therapy services.
Role Description
This is a part-time and full-time Associate MFT and LMFT role with the flexibility for some remote work. As an Associate MFT/LMFT, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Additionally, you will collaborate with a interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
Qualifications
• Experience in Relationship Counseling, Family Therapy, and Counseling
• Strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of Family Systems Theory
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active license or working towards licensure as an MFT or LMFT
• Experience in Mental Health counseling is a plus
