Job Description:
Responsible for providing and coordinating support to leadership on strategic business initiatives including planning, prioritization, and project execution. Leads and develops a team to address pressing business issues. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.
Responsibilities
• Designs, communicates, and manages the strategy to drive investment / financial insights & planning into product areas, partnering closely with internal finance teams.
• Responsible for conducting industry research to identify opportunities and recommended actions to drive efficiency & transparency into priorities.
• Identifies and executes strategies that build capabilities and partnerships to extend into new and/or existing product categories.
• Collaborates with internal teams and gains alignment with senior leadership leveraging strong relationships and communication skills
• Drives key initiatives and business strategy for new and/or existing projects.
• Creates systems for internal customer engagement ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Provides logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participates in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
• Provides overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
• Manages and interprets data on business performance. Monitors and optimizes business performance.
• Leads strategy development teams in addressing pressing business issues.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related experience
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related experience
• Previous payments experience, product experience, and finance experience
• Executive level communication/presentation skills
• People leadership/management experience
• Strategy/Market intelligence experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
