Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Sales Specialist located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing solutions, conducting sales presentations, and managing sales inquiries and opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales experience and ability
• Ability to deliver effective product training and presentations
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
