Product Support Representative Clinical, Sleep and Respiratory Care
In this role you are part of the Sleep and Respiratory Care business with knowledge of all of our products and providing clinical knowledge for our customers.
Your role:
• Responding to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written communication via email.
• Possesses interpersonal skills and technical/clinical product knowledge and expertise which are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities
• Troubleshooting problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment and/or clinical software applications and recommends corrective actions
• Provide Clinical and Technical information related to the use of products across the Sleep and Respiratory Care and Hospital Respiratory care portfolios
• Ability to interact on a professional level with Physicians, DME’s and Sleep Labs to provide best in class support
• Documents all customer interactions following the assigned Quality System Procedures. Reports all quality product failure claims per approved process
• This position performs in a standard call center environment which includes rotating shift requirements. The call center is open 24/7 every day, including weekends and holidays. Successful candidates rotate through working off-shifts (nights/weekends/holidays).
You’re the right fit if:
• A.S or B.S in Respiratory Therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Current RRT or CRT
• Current license in Respiratory Therapy
• A minimum of 2+ years of appropriate Clinical experience in Hospital and/or Homecare Clinical setting is preferred
• Practical knowledge of Mechanical Ventilation is mandatory
• Knowledge of Sleep Diagnostics (or willingness and ability to learn), practical knowledge of Homecare Ventilators is preferred, understanding of CPAP/BIPAP devices preferred
• Practical knowledge of Therapy report interpretation is preferred
• Sleep Lab experience desired (RPGST Preferred)
