RRMC is licensed for 319 beds with an actual average daily census of 125. Services include Emergency Care, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Women’s Center, Oncology, etc… Food Services include Patient, Retail and Catering Services. This position will be responsible for providing leadership and management to all aspects of the diet office operations to ensure compliance while improving and supporting the patient experience. The Patient Services Manager will manage a team of 35 frontline staff and ensure the client and patient needs are satisfied.Learn more about Rockledge Regional Medical Center at Rockledge Regional Medical Center | A Steward Hospital | Rockledge FLThe successful candidate will:• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required• Ability to direct daily operations of diet office and patient experience ambassadors.• Strong computer skills, Health touch and Epic experience preferred.• Creating menu updates and assisting in programing changes.• Excellent customer service and communication skills.• Daily rounding with nursing and patients to drive satisfaction.• Support of ordering and stocking of nutritional supplements.• Coordinating communication with Registered Dieticians on menu & nutritional changes and system updates.• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team member development, engagement, and team buildingIs this opportunity right for you?
