Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support our operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, helping us meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
• Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Receiving and Shipping: Unload incoming shipments, verify product quantities and quality, and organize them in the warehouse. Prepare outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and improve warehouse processes.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
