CiraConnect provides world-class cloud-based software and on-demand “back-office” shared services (SaaS) for self-managed community associations, professional community association management companies and residential real estate developers servicing the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, cooperatives, luxury high-rises, municipal utility districts and large master planned communities. CiraConnect maintains an in-house software development team that places a premium on integrated software solutions and business process automation as tools to enable our employees and service partners to better service our clients and increase their job satisfaction.
CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting executive to join our Accounting Services team in servicing client management companies and community associations within the real estate property management industry. You will have the opportunity to perform in a technology driven environment using our internally developed world-class accounting and financial reporting software. Our large and growing Shared Services team provides opportunities for career advancement with additional responsibilities.
This is a new and exciting executive position exclusively servicing our lifestyle management division clients comprised of large upscale master planned single-family developments with onsite management and luxury high-rise condominiums.
Responsibilities
As RealManage growth accelerates into new regions, there is a need for a Vice President, Client Financial Shared Services (East) to join the senior leadership team, working in strong partnership with the Sr. Vice President, Client Financial Shared Services (CFSS) and all CFSS departmental leaders.
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Client Financial Shared Services, the VP, CFSS (East) will play a critical role in implementing, deploying, and leading the next-generation service model of critical enterprise-wide, customer-facing financial and operational capabilities in our expanded Winter Garden FL center. The mission of Client Financial Shared Services is to deliver consistent outcomes and high-quality, efficient tools and support that enable RealManage branch staff (specifically, the Community Association Manager) to provide exceptional customer service every day.
Currently, the Client Financial Shared Services (East) organization includes ~15 (and growing) professionals across the following functional areas:
• Collections Services (coordinating the collection of homeowner dues/assessments)
• Community Accounting (maintaining our HOA clients’ financials and fielding related questions from branches and clients)
• Accounts Receivable (managing the process of collecting our residents’ assessments and HOA dues)
• Accounts Payable (processing invoices on behalf of our HOA clients)
RealManage is growing quickly, and the Client Financial Shared Services team will need to grow to support both acquisition integration and organic growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Assist in developing the next-generation service model as it relates to Collections: Along with the VP, Collections baseline the current state in delivering on its mission and establish a near-term and longer-term vision for superior service and delivery ensuring all practices are within statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support establishing and managing productivity-driven service levels and KPIs: Determine near and long-term targets for improved productivity and implied staffing levels. Establish and drive clear KPIs for both quality and productivity.
• Partner with branch leaders and client-service staff: Develop strong working partnerships with branch leadership, both aligned to enable front-line performance and ultimately client satisfaction and client retention.
• Reinforce a culture of service excellence: Rally the CFSS organization around its mission to enable front-line staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leverage technology: Create best practices and identify opportunities to further leverage RealManage proprietary CiraConnect platform
• PLus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related degree
• Minimum of 10-15 years of accounts payable within a large company environment with high a volume capacity workload for processing
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior accounts payable leadership role
• Ability to learn and use a proprietary software
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible due to continued company growth
• Knowledge/experience in legal aspects of payables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience working and managing offshore remote teams
• Strong judgment and decision-making capability
Pay and Benefits:
$70,000 to $130,000, depending on education and experience.
