Job Summary
CSC Holdings, LLC seeks a Vice President, Care Operations to establish, implement, and communicate a strategic direction for customer care operations, leveraging industry best practices to increase customer loyalty, reduce operational costs, and generate revenue.
Responsibilities
Drive operations-related policies and processes to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. Collaborate with key decision makers and business owners to develop new customer care operations initiatives and business opportunities. Lead internal and external (vendor) teams and provide leadership in a 24/7 operations model. #LI-DNI.
Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field, followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience in customer care or customer service leadership in the telecommunication industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with developing, planning, and implementing operations strategies; 5 years of experience with developing and presenting business cases encompassing operational, financial, and customer impact analyses; 5 years of experience with managing outsourced call centers in different locations; 5 years of experience with setting up and exiting outsourcing agreements; and 5 years of experience with developing and operating digital customer care channels. 10-20% domestic and international travel required. This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $225,000.00 – $235,000.00 year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
