Hospice volunteers are a vital part of the team.
Bayada Hospice is looking for volunteers to make companionship visits with patients, provide supportive visits for family members, and make bereavement calls and visits. In addition, we are seeking office volunteers to help with social engagement or “tuck in” phone calls to families. If you have music, gardening, art skills or any specialty talent that you want to share, please let us know.
Hospice volunteering is a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting, meaningful impact on a patient and their family.
No experience is necessary! We train all new volunteers and provide ongoing support and education.
Our office is located in Burlington, VT and we serve all of the surrounding counties. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you cannot make it to Burlington but are still interested in serving these areas.
Thanks,
David Trenor
