The Position:We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced growth leader with a proven track record of success driving consumer acquisition at scale. Our ideal VP of Growth candidate will be analytical, data-driven, creative, and collaborative. This role is both strategic and operational with several key initiatives happening simultaneously while moving at a fast pace. This individual will report to the CEO and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.Responsibilities:Achieve monthly user and lead growth goals across all user acquisition channels. Optimize and scale existing user acquisition channels for Rentable.co, with a particular focus on organic search and paid social. Build the marketing engine that fuels growth, leveraging marketing automation, software, data, and analytics. Identify and rapidly test new growth channels, including SEM, lifecycle marketing, and strategic partnerships. Find ways to accelerate user adoption in new/underperforming segments to unlock sales traction and fuel growth. Manage the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and usage of our platform. Develop strategies and processes to identify and capitalize on ROI-positive marketing campaigns. Own the roadmap for a high-performing team of growth engineers. Foster a culture that works seamlessly across the company. Work cross-functionally with other teams and functions to expand impact and collaboration. Transformational leadership that results in a highly motivated and engaged team. Strategic thinker and problem solver with a growth mindset. Ability to blend strategic vision with strong operational skills to drive efficiencies and growth. Proactive self-starter that pays close attention to detail. Tremendous energy and drive; desire and creativity to continuously improve and push the bar higher. Previous successful experience with a high growth organization, and the necessary sense of agility and urgency. Deep understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape, tech/automation stack, and best practices across paid and organic channels, including SEO, SEM, Social, ASO/app downloads, content marketing, and multi-channel lifecycle marketing. Experience with Paid Social preferred. Highly analytical and data-driven. Commitment to a metrics driven approach. Ability to build out the team and processes from the ground up and play a player/coach role to achieve early impact. Develop and retain A-players.
