WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a US Government Co-op within BCG’s Public Sector Practice Area (PSPA), you will be assuming an important role among a dynamic team that is seeking to deliver impact with our clients and in the world, while contributing to the growth of BCG.

Together with the Client Development Director you will support the BCG public sector team in a range of business development activities, including account planning, proposal development, market intelligence, strategic partnerships and marketing & branding efforts.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Support to client development activities across FED account:
• Support the development and management of account planning efforts
• Support all marketing and branding efforts, including LinkedIn excellence, event strategy, and strategic brand partnerships
• Support select aspects proposal development process
• Help maintain knowledge management system contributions, including proposal tracking, case summaries, and client value proofs
• Support adoption of GenAI and automated tools for proposal development
• Other business development and administrative duties as assigned
Support to market intelligence activities across FED account:
• Monitor select bid boards and databases to help research, qualify, and prioritize leads and opportunities through various databases
• Work with BD Associate Analyst to prepare lead summaries for leadership and account teams by analyzing solicitations, sources-sought notices, requests for information (RFIs), and requests for proposals/quotes (RFPs/RFQs/RFXs)
• Research priority agencies, programs, industry, and trends to provide market insights to leadership
• Conduct teaming partner and competitor research
• Support tracking and reporting for pipeline and other bid & proposal data to BCG leadership

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Must be enrolled in Northeastern University and eligible to participate in the Co-op program
• US citizenship required
• Strong self-organization and prioritization skills, plus acute attention to detail
• Experience with all Microsoft Office products with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, an
• SharePoint Experience in Slack preferred, but not required
YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to FED Client Development Director in while also working and liaising with a myriad of Public Sector teammates in North America, particularly our US Government team in the Washington, D.C. office
