We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UKG Pro Workforce Management Implementation Consultant with expertise in Time and Attendance as well as Scheduling functionality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, change management, and a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare industry. As a UKG Pro Workforce Management Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful software implementations for our clients, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization of the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite.
Work You’ll Do
• Solution Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite, with a primary focus on Time and Attendance and Scheduling modules.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective software solutions.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform to align with client requirements, ensuring that Time and Attendance and Scheduling functionalities meet their specific needs.
• Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
• Change Management: Employ change management best practices to facilitate the smooth transition of clients to the new system. Provide guidance and support to clients in adapting to the changes brought about by the implementation.
• Training and Support: Deliver training sessions to clients’ end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about project progress.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of the configured system to validate its accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client requirements.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides, and configuration specifications, to assist clients in effectively utilizing the system.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform. Identify opportunities for system optimization and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• UKG Pro Workforce Management Expertise: Proven experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation, particularly in the areas of Time and Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex software implementation projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Change Management: Experience in implementing change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption during system transitions.
• Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare industry will be given preference due to the specific requirements of the role.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Collaborative Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
