About The Position **Job Title:** Special Procedures Technologist **Job Specialty:** Neuro Diagnostic Technologist (EEG) **Job Duration:** 6 months **Shift:** Weekdays and on-call weekend rotation **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 **Experience:** One to two years of experience as a Neurodiagnostics (EEG) Technologist **License:** ABRET (American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists) certification **Certifications:** BLS Certification, with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network **Must-Have:** Traveler must live more than 50 miles away from the facility **Job Description:**
• Perform skilled non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures
• Conduct non-invasive cardiac procedures
• Handle general record-keeping and inventory
• Ensure equipment quality control is maintained **Qualifications:**
• Education: Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or completion of an accredited Electroencephalographic Technology program **Additional Information:**
• Facility size: 150-500 beds
