Shift: Days, 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F, 1 weekend per month

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
• KY License
• 1-2 Years’ Experience
• BLS
• Acute care/LTACH/Vents Traches/CVA preferred

Other Details:
• EMR for your facility: Protouch
• Float required
• Number of beds: 65/36
