About The Position
• Job Title:** Program Manager III – Maternal Child Health (MCH) | RN **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) – Critical **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience **License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) **Certifications:** – Basic Life Support (BLS) – Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) – ACLS **Must-Have:** – Graduate of an accredited nursing program **Job Description:** – Provide critical care nursing to patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). – Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. – Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, implementing appropriate care plans. – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized medical staff. – Educate and support patients’ families regarding medical conditions and care plans. – Maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. – Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. – Ensure a safe, supportive, and caring environment for patients and their families. – Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. – Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
