(Required)• 1 year Minimum of year experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 3 or 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.) (Required)• 1 year Minimum of year combined experience with multimedia development (including editing photos, videos, and audio) (Required)• 1 year Minimum of year experience combined analytical, program/project management, or training program support experience. (Preferred)• University of California experience or familiarity with higher education institutions or non-profit organizations (Preferred)• Advanced reading, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. (Required)• Advanced knowledge of the technical tools and platforms required to achieve the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content, and of trends in the use and effectiveness of educational technology and learning. (Required)• Proficiency using a learning management system (such as SumTotal, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.) (Required)• Proficiency using software systems in the completion of work assignments (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
