What’s the Role About?
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, administering, and overseeing variable aspects of training.
The Interim Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to new and existing agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products ad services, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The Interim trainer will play a key role in ensuring our call center team provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Intelogix Training Program and Client specific training process for new hires
• Responsible for development of follow-up training for employees in production
• Will review and verify hours recorded on employee time cards and sign that the information is accurate and correct
• May be actively involved in the scheduling/facilitation of LLS sessions
• Prepares materials essential for the training process (copies, presentations, memos, etc.)
• Will report technical problems and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
• Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
• React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
• Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
• Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
• Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
• Perform additional duties as required by management
• Supervises new hires during the training process in conjunction with their assigned manager
• Training employees; planning, and assigning work; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Evaluates and assists each new hire as they progress through training
• Authorized to edit/add time cards in the timekeeping system
• Authorized to recommend disciplinary action
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required; some college preferred
Experience:
6 months of related experience is required or equivalent education in training/teaching is preferred
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
