Job Overview
The Salesforce Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping the State of New Hampshire’s team with the knowledge and skills necessary to utilize the Salesforce platform effectively. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of users, fostering best practices and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training sessions for new Salesforce users, focusing on effective utilization of the platform.
• Engage participants in instructor-led virtual training, ensuring content is thorough and accessible.
• Address user inquiries, providing first-line support for both basic and advanced questions regarding Salesforce functionalities.
• Offer ongoing guidance and assistance to users, helping to resolve challenges encountered in Salesforce usage.
• Participate in daily scrums, contributing valuable insights to both business and technical teams.
• Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and reference guides.
• Regularly update training resources with the latest information on upgrades and releases.
• Distribute supplementary training materials post-session to reinforce learning and provide additional support resources.
Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and Salesforce training.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration for at least 3 years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across varying technical backgrounds.
• Ability to present confidently and interactively with training audiences.
Qualifications
• A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate them into effective training programs.
• Familiarity with the importance of safeguarding PHI/PII/PCI is essential.
