As the Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with DMV market leadership and market sales teams to assist with day to day operations and administrative needs, like following up on emails and completing projects assigned.
What you’ll do in this role:
• Manage and schedule appointments, 1:1 meetings, and team meetings. Understand which should be priorities and which can be deferred. This will include sending invitations and assisting with scheduling for Lunch and Learns to the markets for the Agent Experience Lead.
• Prep for meetings: Gather materials for team, AEL, leadership, and all-hands meetings (internal and external), standardizing and ensuring “the brand” and format of any documents or presentations with multiple authors, gathering & communicating the agenda to attendees, and distributing the materials in advance
• Plan events: Handle travel, food and drinks as well as booking location, planning for audio-visual logistics for meetings, summits, and conferences for your Markets.
• Assist with market-specific closing tasks, like order opening, ordering tax certificates and HOA certificates, as needed.
• Update meeting slides for the Agent Experience Lead
• Any other tasks assigned by management

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, California and Washington, DC.
Base Pay Range: $22.30 – 33.40. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
