About the Role:
Arbour Counseling Services is looking for a Part Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Outpatient team in Worcester, MA! This is a Part Time 25 hours per week role from 9:00am-2:00pm Monday – Friday to cover an employee on leave. This candidate will perform secretarial and administrative support services. Essential Responsibilities:
• Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
• Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
• Schedules and coordinate client visits
• Collect copayments
• Process billing sheets
• Prior authorization
• Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office

Qualifications
• 1 year of healthcare administration experience required
• Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
• Ability to reliably commute to work
• Should be detail oriented and have experience within the customer service industry
• Excited to play their part to help ACS continue to provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test as well as other pre-employment documentation
