My name is Clemence and I’m a nurse on the labor and delivery flow. And it’s been an amazing experience so far. As a new grad, a worry was that I would not be able to fit into the team. But over time, as I’ve worked here, I’ve realized that the team dynamics has exceeded my expectations. I work night shift and every time I’ve had a question or every time I’ve needed help with caring for my patient, I’ve reached out to another nurse and they’ve been able to come in and help me. They’ve answered my question. They’ve gone above and beyond to assist me in the care of my patient. And we each bring our own unique set of skills and experiences. We each contribute these skills and experiences. And the goal is to provide the best care at the end of day to our patients. And that’s what we do as a team. It’s amazing to learn and grow as a nurse. And it’s amazing to see that other fellow nurses are cheering for you and are there to support you every step of the.
