Program Features
• Canterbury English has been providing opportunities since 1991, with over 7,500 graduates teaching English in Spain.
• Students are supported with a One Year Student Visa*, allowing them to work and earn a competitive hourly rate.
• The program provides a unique opportunity for non-EU members to work, study, and live in Spain, which is not typically granted by EU regulations.
• Participants engage in a 20-hour Spanish course, followed by teaching English through Canterbury English’s network of partner schools.
Teaching Opportunities In Madrid
Upon completing the TEFL program, participants will commence teaching English in paid classes facilitated by Canterbury English. Students also have the chance to explore additional job prospects, including private tutoring and online teaching opportunities.
Program Costs And Inclusions
• One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish: 2,780€
• Madrid Lifestyle Program (for TEFL holders) with Spanish: 1,970€
