What You Will Do
• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
Who You Are
• You have a strong background and experience in Wireless Telecommunications, in particular 4G and/or 5G wireless telecommunications technologies.
• You have 0-4 years of patent drafting and or prosecution experience (Preferred).
• You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $160,000. The salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
