Description
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter System Admin with a strong background in Teamcenter configurations and a deep understanding of Creo customizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct experience in handling complex Teamcenter L1/L2/L3 issues and should possess robust analytical skills to solve end-user issues effectively. This remote role demands expertise in multiple aspects of Teamcenter including BMIDE, workflows, multisite operations, and Creo integrations.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in direct Teamcenter configuration and support.
• Proficient in Teamcenter configurations, particularly with BMIDE, TC-Creo integrations, and Active Workspace.
• Skilled in managing workflows, classification administration, project and access management.
• Capable of providing daily user and admin support for Teamcenter and Creo issues.
• Experienced in creating detailed test case documents and user training manuals.
• Knowledgeable in Teamcenter Multisite operations.
Skills
• Programming in ITK, C++, JAVA, and SOA.
• Ability to support Multi CAD environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with comprehensive knowledge of the Teamcenter product to address end-user issues.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in an open team environment.
• Prior knowledge in the manufacturing domain preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for problem resolution within the Teamcenter environment.
• Manage and resolve systemic production issues and daily Teamcenter Multisite issues in the US.
• Onboard new users to Teamcenter and Creo.
• Support end-users in installing and configuring Teamcenter and Creo.
• Develop and update Teamcenter user training materials.
• Document frequently asked questions and solutions for repetitive user issues.
• Prepare test case documentation for system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
