Team Member duties and responsibilities:
-Work as a team with Restaurant General Manager, Hourly Shift Manager, and other
Team Members to provide a great restaurant guest experience
-Maintain desired restaurant outcomes:
• Sales
• Customer experience
• Environment of Service
– Greet customers
-Take customer orders
– Expedite Food Orders
– Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests
– Handle cash accurately
Job requirements for the Team Member:
– Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
– Ability to receive and count cash and give correct change
– Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner
– Ability to take and prepare food orders
– Lifting and carrying 30 lbs.
– Ability to operate timers and cash register key pads
