We have an opening on our second shift team for a person who will lead our team to customer satisfaction.
As a Team Leader in the Quality group, you will lead a team of quality assurance auditors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the quality assurance process. Core work hours are Monday – Friday, 2:45pm-11:15pm. Being reliable and meeting our attendance expectations is required, as is flexibility to work both daily and weekend overtime hours as scheduled.
Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
• Provide root cause analysis and problem-solving support to identify the underlying causes of defects, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Serve as an auditor, conducting audits to maintain compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Train new auditors on audit processes, techniques, safety protocols, and standards, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Analyze audit data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency, and develop action plans accordingly.
• Support the application of CI methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Quality Management, to drive process improvements and enhance overall quality, safety, and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and stay dedicated to continuously improving our work processes.
• Foster a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Promote safety through leading by example and engaging the team in adhering to 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements of the position:
• This work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift, push, carry and place parts with arms extended.
• Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level.
• Lift, push and pull weights of up to 35lbs frequently and up to 60lbs occasionally.
• Use hands to manipulate parts, move boxes, carry tools, use tools and gauges.
• Use vision to inspect parts, read labels and inventory sheets.
Pay range for this position is $22.00 – $25.20 per hour, including shift premium. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills. Delta Faucet hourly team members are performance bonus and benefit eligible within 60 days from hire. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, paid time off and more.
