Responsibilities:
Manages a section of a manufacturing operation
Overseeing a team of workers and ensuring the efficient production of goods.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including:
Planning and assigning work
Ensuring production schedules and deadlines are met
Monitoring production standards and quality control
Training new team members
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Working hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Detail-oriented and organized
Multitask and work in a high-noise level area while standing or walking for most of their shift.

Qualifications:
Prior warehouse/manufacturing Lead experience
