Responsibilities:
Manages a section of a manufacturing operation
Overseeing a team of workers and ensuring the efficient production of goods.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including:
Planning and assigning work
Ensuring production schedules and deadlines are met
Monitoring production standards and quality control
Training new team members
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Working hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
