Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher Assistant at Bright Beginner’s Academy in Dyer, IN. The Teacher Assistant will be responsible for supporting lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, assisting with classroom management, and providing individualized attention and support to students.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and a passion for working with children
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is a plus
• Experience working in a classroom setting or with children is preferred
