Job Description
• Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule top Insurance Sales agent candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders.
• Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience with computer based programs
Bonus Structure
Our candidates will and can earn monthly bonuses if they can hit their KPIs on setting up interviews for the branch locations they support – uncapped commission that currently ranges anywhere from $50-$2,000 a month.
Hours
Fully remote and build their own schedule M-F anytime from 8 A-8 P EST (has to be 40hours a week)
