SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
This role will lead the development of our Leadership Development Programs and successfully execute and facilitate all Leadership Development programs. The incumbent will identify, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative and effective programs that meet the needs of the organization. Working in close partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners and Leaders across the organization, you will have the opportunity to enhance Leadership Development across Liberty Bank.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Collaborate with HR business partners to identify talent development needs and goals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Develop and implement career development plans and pathways to support employee growth and advancement.
• Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to leverage resources and tools for effective talent development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape core content, assessments, and exercises.
• Design and facilitate development programs focused on Emerging and High Potential Talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, incorporating relevant updates into training programs.
• Successfully manage multiple projects at one time, consistently meeting set deadlines.
• Solicit consistent feedback and measure the impact programs have on the business line.
• Develop assessment tools to measure progress, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback.
• Deliver on commitments through effective prioritization of skills, time management, detail orientation and delegation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a business-related field or equal job experience.
• 8 plus years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner
• 8 plus years’ experience with Facilitation of Leadership Courses
• 4 plus years’ experience with Program or Project Management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively convey goals and objectives to staff and management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with LMS system and Articulate Rise a plus.
