LHH is partnering with a law firm in the Washington, DC area to bring on a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will support the recruitment processes for students and experienced candidates across multiple U.S. locations. The position will work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service to all applicants and team members. This is a hybrid position that will begin ASAP, with hourly pay ranging from $23 to $27 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, manage candidate information, and handle data entry in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Communicate with candidates, send invitations and notifications, and confirm logistics for interviews and recruitment events.
• Assist with interview preparation, greet candidates, and monitor logistics, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Track candidate feedback, manage evaluations, and maintain relevant reports and files.
• Organize and execute social activities, handle travel logistics for candidates, and maintain calendars for interns and team members.
• Process expenses, prepare reports, and coordinate team meeting logistics while building positive relationships with various departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
