Description
We are in search of an IT Operations Administrator specializing in network and system management. Responsibilities include planning, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and server infrastructures. Strong communication and multitasking skills are imperative.
• Plan, design, and manage network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and monitor network operations.
• Implement network technology upgrades aligned with strategic goals.
• Maintain Azure, on-premise servers, and networking devices.
• Manage Cloud PC operations and support various IT hardware.
• Ensure network and data security.
• Provide first and second-line support at the office.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 3+ years in network or system administration roles.
• Proficiency in Azure, Cisco networking, Fortinet, Windows 10, o365, and ERP (SAP).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean is a plus.
