– 3 to 5 years of Technical Writing experience, especially including writing Help Desk and Operational Procedures.
2 – Experience performing Help Desk tasks, especially Level 2 and above, including escalating issues.
3 – Willingness to take on increased responsibility
4 – Have an eagerness to learn new things and technologies.
5 – Any experience with ITIL is a +++
6 – Some prior experience working with Excel.
