Job Summary:

Primary Duties:
Responsible for the
coordinating, in conjunction with the Patient Services Manager or
Administrator, all the functions related to Patient Registration in the
department.
Responsible for
providing excellent customer service experience, accurate patient
registration in the approved electronic scheduling and billing
system.
Supervises and directs
the maintenance and ongoing monitoring of the Patient health record in the
department.
Responsible for
organizing, training and supervising the activities of personnel and
creates and edits master schedules.
Supervises the Referral
, pre-certification and authorization process to ensure all patient
appointments have required approvals in advance of the
appointment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree- 2
years of college preferred -One year of relevant education maybe
substituted for one year of required work experience. IDX/ GE Centricity
experience is preferred.
