As Program Manager, you will serve as the Director of the Office of Research Services with responsibility for the planning, direction, and evaluation of an Agency-wide effort to develop, sustain, and support the delivery of the FHWA Research & Technology program. You will provide direction and leadership to administer business management and logistical support activities for the Office of Research, Development, and Technology at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center in McLean, Virginia.
