Assists in developing sourcing strategies and directing divisional team, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve continuity of supply while driving continuous performance improvement and reduced costs. Identifies savings opportunities, develops and executes sourcing action plans to drive TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) targets under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Manager. Manages Sourcing systems and processes and educates and trains users / customers on system functionality and design. Partners with Sourcing management and divisional teams to lead special projects and cross-functional teams as needed.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, purchasing or supply chain OR At least five (5) years work experience in a buying position with emphasis on one or all of the following commodity groups: medical/surgical supplies and equipment, clinical and research lab supplies, computer systems and peripherals, furniture and fixtures.
Proven project management experience.
Proven team facilitation experience.

Compensation Range
$86,609.00 – $129,913.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
