A day in the life
• Draft, edit, and finalize engaging content for a variety of VP communication materials such as periodic newsletters, email messages, presentations, and MS Teams chat messaging.
• Collaborate with a wide range of MMA Tech key stakeholders to implement marketing strategies and promote the achievements of the team with consistent messaging and branding.
• Support the organization and documentation of filing and content hierarchy in toolsets such as Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., MS SharePoint).
• Support and collaborate with IT Leadership, team leaders and members on various projects and initiatives to support overall organizational goals.
• Work on a guided, independent project, based on your specific interests, that supports the MMA Tech deliverables and aligns with your professional goals.
• Manage errors on our tool that integrates Salesforce and Outlook, and prepare documentation of how to manage these errors going forward.
• Triage emails coming into our general Salesforce mailbox and build rules in Outlook to help with long-term classification of the emails.
Qualifications
• Recent grad or pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to tell a story using digital tools such as Powerpoint, FIGMA or similar
• Ability to view a product or process from multiple perspectives and present information tailored for specific audiences
• Detail oriented, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills coupled with technical curiosity

The applicable hourly rate for these roles is $24.00 The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
